Similar to many Americans I am in-debt, only partially employed and under-paid. Being 25 and already making my first career transition this seems as good a time as any to become financially free.

Now don’t get me wrong…I have attempted the path to financial freedom in the past. And failed.

Here I will document my own adventures in bargain hunting, Groupon & dollar store shopping, extreme couponing, alternative currencies, bartering and timeshare systems and good ol’ fashion penny-pinching. I’ll also discuss financial trends & fads, the latest money saving tips and fast cash scams and whatever else seems relevant.

And please, feel free to chime in…most of us could use the advice and support.

So with maxed out credit cards and the cash in my checking account already spoken for my first goal is simply to break even.

This is My Life, Half-Price.
